• Information on Community Resources and Programs

• Self-Service Assessment (Interest Inventories, WIN, etc.)

• Job Service Registration

• Unemployment Insurance Claim Filing

Staff-Assisted Services:

These services are available for persons who have been unsuccessful at acquiring employment or remain under-employed after using one or all of the available Self-Directed Services.

• Comprehensive and Specialized Assessments

• Development of an Individual Employment Plan

• Career Counseling

• Employability Workshops

• Job Development Assistance

Training Services:

Training is available to eligible customers who have not successfully obtained employment at a sustainable wage using Self-Directed and Staff-Assisted Services.

Training services include, but are not limited to:

• Occupational Skills Training

• On-the-Job Training

• Customized Work Experience Training

• Basic Skills Training

• Manufacturing Certificate Program Training

• Community Healthcare Training Program

• Facilities Maintenance Program

• Electrical Line Workers Training Program

To receive training services, each customer must meet eligibility

requirements.
